Recipe: Coconut Milk Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 T Cinnamon
- 1 Banana (Optional)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or Magic Bullet (my mixer of choice)
